Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it!
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Note: During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery times
We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location and carrier)

Expedited shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly from that email or through the shipping carrier’s website.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Returned packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it — but the customer will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
Shipping issues
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at hello@coffeepower.us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
